Travel anywhere in the world. You are destined to eat something that has not been properly cleaned. Resulting with a bug in your belly. (I call them bugs because it sounds cuter then parasites which is what they actually are. Gulp.)
We all have horror stories of “that one time” where you were in a ball holding your belly in a place where, well, you didn’t want to be in a ball. You can flash back to the memory in a second, remembering how you felt, and your body will start to sweat.
Like most, I have been in that club several times in my worldly travels. Yet, it had been a really long time, since frog medicine came into my life. Participating in Shamanic Kambo ceremonies, every few years, when it calls.
As the saying goes, all good things sometimes get paused.
I recently ate something that I knew wasn’t right the moment I ate it. As I continued on the evening with friends, by the time I got home my stomach was in knots and cramping. I started sweating and spent the next six days, in that ball we spoke about prior.
About four days in, I remembered hearing that oregano essential oil had some powerful antioxidants. So I crawled to my oils and started putting it on my feet where your stomach organ is located in Chinese Medicine. By the end of the next day, I was feeling light years better. And was ready for stale crackers. Compared to where I had been the day prior, it was celebratory to say the least!

They say that our stomach is our second brain. As much as I love all creatures great and small, I do not want them in my belly!
Knowing that my belly might still have some unwanted friends in it, I decided to do a clean up on my digestive tract with GX Assist. A proprietary blend of doTERRA CPTG Certified Pure Therapeutic Grade essential oils from Oregano, Melaleuca, Lemon, Lemongrass, Peppermint, and Thyme. Then followed up with 20 days of healthy pre-biotic fibers and pro-biotic microorganisms found in PB Assist.
I am proud to say my belly is feeling better than ever. And this is now my new cleanse, at least twice a year. Along with GX Assist and PB Assist, proudly joining Oregano in my emergency travel kit. (And I can use the Oregano on pizza!)
